You will learn what shifts between clerkship and independent practice, which habits carry you forward, and how to balance autonomy with physician supervision in a safe and sustainable way.

Through case studies led by recent graduates, you will sharpen clinical reasoning, strengthen interprofessional communication strategies, and explore practical approaches to managing uncertainty in early practice. The session is designed to support current students and new clinicians who want to enter the workforce with clarity and direction.

Participants will earn 1.5 Section 1 CME credits.
